By placing an order with K Shae Art & Sugar Cookies you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service:
COOKIE DOUGH EXCHANGE
Ready, set, dough! To kickstart our sweet adventure together, I kindly ask for a dough-nation upfront so that I can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, and perfect packaging. Secure your spot in the baking queue by submitting a 50% retainer – your ticket to sugary bliss. The remainder of your balance is due upon pickup. In addition to sending you a Shopify invoice, I can accept payment through CashApp, Venmo & PayPal.
Should you reconsider your cookie aspirations, give me a heads up within 24 hours of placing your order for a dough refund. I love diving into custom designs promptly and might have even ordered a cutter or two for your special set. Due to the immediate initiation of the design process, refunds won't be available beyond 24 hours of placing your order.
DELIVERY CLAUSE
All orders are pick-up only. Delivery can be an option if you live within 15 miles of the pick-up location with an additional fee of $10. I love a good drive (bonus if that drive is past a Starbucks).
No show = no cookies. These cookies are best enjoyed fresh! Not showing up to the agreed upon pickup time forfeits your order. But take heart - I'll donate to a family in need. Need to reschedule your order? Please reach out 10 days prior to your pickup time.
DELECTABLE DECISIONS
Decisions are tough! I'm here to help - but remember, it's all about timely indulgence. You've got until 10 days before your pick up date to make any changes. After that, I'll still consider your change requests, but I might have to sprinkle a tiny fee on top.
I understand that life can be unpredictable-if you need to change your pick up date, the same rules apply. Give me a heads-up at least 10 days before, and I'll gladly adjust the timing. Beyond that, my oven is already preheating, and I might have to do some magical juggling to make it work.
EDIBLE ARTISTRY
My custom decorated cookies are meticulously handcrafted with love and artistic flair. I promise to bring a touch of edible artistry to your special occasions!
Thanks tons for bringing those inspo pictures! They're just that - inspiring. But your cookies may not be perfect replicas - I'll try to keep it close. While I strive to replicate your vision, please understand that slight variations may occur in design and color, making each cookie a unique masterpiece.
While I pour my heart into crafting delightful treats, I must express that I cannot be held accountable for any spontaneous cravings, cookie-induced addictions, or dreams of gingerbread men dancing that may arise post-consumption. It's the sweet unpredictability of indulgence!

IT'S THE LAW
K Shae Art & Sugar Cookies is a home based business and operates under the Oklahoma Cottage Food Law. State law requires me to let you know that "This product was produced in a private residence that is exempt from government licensing and inspection" however, I can assure you that every possible care is taken to ensure clean, sanitary conditions. My cookies are crafted with love, care, and premium ingredients, but my kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, or gluten free. Boring disclaimer, but I have to say it because, it's the law!
DOUGH MATTERS
Please note that all prices are susceptible to change, influenced by the ever-shifting landscape of ingredient costs. As I continually strive to deliver the most delicious cookies to my clients, adjustments in pricing may occur. This also means I can't honor old pricing (because the local grocery store won't honor their old butter prices - darn it).
PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY
Say Cheese! I create replicas of client orders to photograph these pretty sweet lookin' sweets. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me.
IT'S ALL YOURS NOW
Once you've snagged your order (thanks again, by the way!), the fate of your cookies is in your hands! While I package them with the utmost care, be cautious about bumps, drops, and, most importantly, make sure the cookie box doesn't embark on a sliding adventure in the backseat (or trunk!) on your drive.
